Ka’ū Gold, is savory smoked pork with a hint of sweetness. Known for its consistent slowly marinated and smokey Keawe wood flavor. 

Ka’ū, the most southern and rural area of the Big Island of Hawai’i, is the origin of this Cowboy or “Pani’olo” (Cowboy in Hawaiian) recipe, which is evident upon first taste. 

Cooked together with Maui or White onions, a caramelized glow appears on the sizzling sliver of pork when ready to be served.
